Working retail, I understand how a service department has to make the customer happy, while working with the unknown of things that can go wrong and acquiring parts. Delays happen. Sellers is on top of things: you just have to watch the staff to understand they are hustling while they baby your car. My husband is automotive, and he is satisfied with the work done at Sellers. That is as important to me as being able to trust them with my vehicle. I want the work done right, and if it takes more than one day I will find a way to work around that. The Sellers team makes it happen, and I can always call Reggie and inquire about where they are at.
