Working retail, I understand how a service department has to make the customer happy, while working with the unknown of things that can go wrong and acquiring parts. Delays happen. Sellers is on top of things: you just have to watch the staff to understand they are hustling while they baby your car. My husband is automotive, and he is satisfied with the work done at Sellers. That is as important to me as being able to trust them with my vehicle. I want the work done right, and if it takes more than one day I will find a way to work around that. The Sellers team makes it happen, and I can always call Reggie and inquire about where they are at. They have even been polite to me when I have had to cancel a scheduled service date at the last minute. Consider Sellers for sales and service. More

My wife and I were looking for a new Terrain and the process with Andrea couldn’t have been easier. We spoke on the phone before I went into the dealership and Andrea had a few different Terrains pulled up for us to test drive, and when it came down to price she was very open and honest with all the incentives and working the deal. Everything was done above board, we didn’t leave wondering how we got to the price we did. Andrea also spent plenty of time going over all the features of our new car and answered all of our questions, including the ones we didn’t think of. I would highly recommend the dealership, but more then that I would recommend Andrea. If you’re in the market for a GMC or Buick she should be your first and last call! More
