The thought of a Buick hadn't crossed my mind, as I'd always thought of it as a brand tailored to an older audience. Upon the recommendation of others, I finally gave in and visited the dealership with lackluster enthusiasm. From the initial greeting, Tom was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was an active listener and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed, pushed into a decision, or like an inconvenience (as I had at other dealerships). Mr. English was beyond helpful & sincere and for that I am truly grateful.
