I had been dreading finding a new lease and already had a handful of unpleasant experiences at other dealerships. The thought of a Buick hadn't crossed my mind, as I'd always thought of it as a brand tailored to an older audience. Upon the recommendation of others, I finally gave in and visited the dealership with lackluster enthusiasm. From the initial greeting, Tom was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was an active listener and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed, pushed into a decision, or like an inconvenience (as I had at other dealerships). Mr. English was beyond helpful & sincere and for that I am truly grateful. I am not one to write reviews, but Mr. English deserves to be acknowledged for putting in the extra effort and making customers feel like family. More

Excellent experience! From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted by warm and friendly staff members. The Sales Manager, Brandon Cave, went out of his way to begin my sales/leasing appointment and assign me to a team where I met Dennis Cummings, Jim Borthwick, and Mike Schmidt. I explained that I knew that I wanted a Terrain Denali, but over the years my only experience was purchasing cars. I never understood leasing so asked for detailed explanation of the difference. At the end of the presentation, I decided to lease a car for the first time ever! Today when I arrived for my appointment to sign papers, write a check, and take delivery of my new Terrain, I was greeted, went to Jim's desk where he went over all the details again and we finalized the lease agreement. When I got out to the lot my new car was beautifully detailed and ready to go. Jim went over all the features, answered my questions, and I was ready to drive my new car. In summary, this retired 8th grade science teacher gives the entire process from start to finish and A+. Thanks for a great experience! I will recommend Sellers to others for sure! More
