A very pleasant experience! Our experience with Jenifer at Sellers was very pleasant for many reasons, some of which I will discuss below. First, Jenifer when above and beyond Our experience with Jenifer at Sellers was very pleasant for many reasons, some of which I will discuss below. First, Jenifer when above and beyond to help us. My wife was in a current GMC lease from another dealer and was still 6 months to fulfillment. We contacted that dealer but they said there was no lease pull-ahead program for us and nothing else they could do. Jenifer, however, did not stop trying to help us after learning a lease pull-ahead was not available. Instead she looked into the worth of our vehicle and found that there was actually equity in the vehicle such that they could buy back the vehicle from us effectively getting us out of our lease early. The other dealer never mentioned this as a possible option maybe because it usually doesn't happen but that didn't stop Jenifer from checking into it for us. Second, Jenifer was very resourceful and effective in relaying current promotions and offers Sellers was running. There are multiple dealers closer to us but I noticed a post Jenifer had made on LinkedIn about a special April promotion that Sellers was specifically running and that led us to check into them when we may have otherwise not due to distance. Third, Jenifer was very accommodating. She worked with us to test drive any vehicle we were interested in and have then ready to go when we arrived. It was a very easy process, then, to narrow down our list of vehicles and find the perfect one for us. Also, we ended up leasing two vehicles with Jenifer and she worked extra hard to get all the paperwork together and ready to sign for both vehicles in only one day knowing we would want to take them home as soon as possible. Fourth, Jenifer worked hard to get us the best deal. In order to make the two car lease work we needed both vehicles to be below a certain amount and she was able to make it happen through finding the best trim level with the options we wanted and working with her management. In the end we have two beautiful, new vehicles from Sellers and could not be happier thanks to Jenifer! More
