Little did I know In July 2021, when I first initiated the process of ordering and installing a truck cover for my new Sierra Denali it would take until September 2021, to be completed. Between wrong orders, missing parts and the lack of transparency it unfortunately became a “comedy-of-errors”. Then Cheryl Hendricks stepped in and took ownership and leadership, minus the excuses. Thus, the job was done to my satisfaction as well as additional upgrades. She knew exactly what I wanted and her hands-on care and leadership was critical in my total satisfaction-end of story. Cheryl Hendricks knows what customer service looks like and she certainly exemplified what Seller’s should cultivate in customer service. It was “refreshing”, in our contemporary work place where passing-the-buck, customer submission and good-enough is often the mantra. More

Sellers has been prompt at getting my Buick and GMC vehicles in for service, even last minute. Todd Hitman has been a great resource and a helpful service advisor. All service has been excellent, excep vehicles in for service, even last minute. Todd Hitman has been a great resource and a helpful service advisor. Though I was not pleased about the lack of proper service during the incident in question, the dealership and I were able to come to favorable terms and they did rectify the issue.
