I recently brought in my 2013 Buick Enclave for a new transmission. Another local repair shop had failed to fix my car. I did not want to take my car to the dealer because in the past I felt like I was transmission. Another local repair shop had failed to fix my car. This was my first time experience using the service department at Sellers GMC and I am happy to report it was all very positive. I had been very unhappy with my past service experience at another deale department at Sellers GMC and I am happy to report it was all very positive. My service advisor, Chris Moody, was kind and informative, explaining everything and what I was to expect during my time there. My car was ready (and washed) within the timeframe he gave me. First time I have purchased a vehicle online without putting eyes on it first. The Sales Staff (shout out to Mario) was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. Pat (the delivery driver) made contact the night before the scheduled delivery, again when he left the Dealership and once more when he was 30 minutes out. When he arrived he was pleasant, professional and very attentive to my needs. The whole experience was a great reminder of true Customer Service.
