I recently brought in my 2013 Buick Enclave for a new transmission. Another local repair shop had failed to fix my car. I did not want to take my car to the dealer because in the past I felt like I was transmission. Another local repair shop had failed to fix my car. First time I have purchased a vehicle online without putting eyes on it first. The Sales Staff (shout out to Mario) was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. Pat (the delivery driver) made contact the night before the scheduled delivery, again when he left the Dealership and once more when he was 30 minutes out. When he arrived he was pleasant, professional and very attentive to my needs. The whole experience was a great reminder of true Customer Service.
