Sellers has been prompt at getting my Buick and GMC vehicles in for service, even last minute. Todd Hitman has been a great resource and a helpful service advisor. All service has been excellent, excep vehicles in for service, even last minute. Todd Hitman has been a great resource and a helpful service advisor. Though I was not pleased about the lack of proper service during the incident in question, the dealership and I were able to come to favorable terms and they did rectify the issue. The staff I interacted with at this service center all seemed capable and friendly. However, they are very busy with work after the recent flooding. There was a palpable stress and I was treated like they seemed capable and friendly. However, they are very busy with work after the recent flooding.
