They sold me a car which was already sitting inside showroom, then they told me it had a dent. They took care of it but why not give another car. We spent so much money for brand new car, not this. The service department is in temporary quarters because of major reconstruction of the dealership's normal building. I worked with Craig and he was great to work with. This is my first Kia and so far I'm enjoying it very much. The company is under construction so it was hard to figure out where to go at first but the hug is my first Kia and so far I'm enjoying it very much. It was definitely off-putting when I went inside to ask for him and noone had a mask on, it was the day after the mask mandate was over so okay, and the receptionist was old and rude. She sent me to a cubicle and he couldn't/wouldn't help me but gave me to Craig. I will say the building was in need of dire updates, there was holes in walls and desks were falling apart. But Craig and the finance guy was great to work with. They went above and got the hitch and remote start put on the car for me too. More
