Around 8 am I sent another email advising that I resided out of state and that I'm 4 hours away, so I advised I would be paying cash and wanted to know the otd price. I received numerous emails from 3 different salespeople all requesting for me to drive to their dealership. Again, I advised I was out of state and requested their otd price and that I would be paying cash. Each salesperson responded requesting that I drove to their dealership and did not provide an otd price. On 1/30/25 I received numerous emails requesting that I make an appointment to come look at the vehicle. What is completely absurd is that I called the dealership on 1/31/25 and was advised the vehicle was sold to the auction the evening of 1/29/25!!! Instead of providing me with an otd price on 1/29/25 (at 8 am) and sealing a deal, they all advised me on 1/29/25 and again on 1/30/25 TO DRIVE 4 HOURS TO LOOK AT A VEHICLE THAT WAS ALREADY SOLD AND REMOVED FROM THEIR LOT!!! UNBELIEVABLE that any dealership has such a lack of communication within their own dealership between sales staff. More
lies to you about the add on charges that they legally cannot add on and tell you that they refuse to take off the RecovR device if gets stolen!! I don't need that our insurance covers theft but they refu cannot add on and tell you that they refuse to take off the RecovR device if gets stolen!! I don't need that our insurance covers theft but they refused to take it off!! Then after signing some papers then finance proceeds to tell me i cannot get any warranty not even an add on one i would pay for because one of their nasty people were driving it and smoking in it and trashing it and the dealership tried saying its a "Demo" vehicle. ITS A USED 2016 INFINITI. Its NOT even a KIA so how can it be a "DEMO" car for their dealership!!!! THEY DIDN'T TELL ME "Demo" cars arnt offered to have warranties!!!!! and they didnt update the miles they put on it either!! wrote down less miles than what was on the odometer!!! very greedy cocky finance and company. very shady! NEVER buy a used car at this dealership! They sold me a car that needed a new transmission and did NOTHING to help make it right. Terrible experience I’m sure ownership never heard about. This dealership consistently does a bad job with servicing. Everytime we bring our car in which is a 2021 model within 2 weeks there is an error on the car and then we have to bring it back in. We servicing. Everytime we bring our car in which is a 2021 model within 2 weeks there is an error on the car and then we have to bring it back in. We then get charged again. Recently we got charged from doing a software update. This is our first and last Kia and will definitely not buy from this group of dealerships. More

Paid over $20,000 for a 2018 vehicle that was delivered to me with a bad transmission. I did not buy the warranty as I was willing to take on the expenses with normal repairs. I never dreamed they would sell a car in this condition. They claimed no at the dealership, including the driver who drove it 3 and a half hours to me, ever felt anything wrong with the transmission. My word versus theirs, so guess how that went. They refused to do ANYTHING about my situation and at one point basically told me it was my fault for buying a used car from them without a warranty! I argued it was not a warranty situation. The local transmission shop assured me a transmission does not go out in a day and they had to feel there was a problem if they ever drove the car. They refused to contribute in any way to help me. The point is these are the type of people you'll be dealing with. During our email discussions they would take weeks to respond to me. That's just rude and unprofessional! They were rid of the car and had no interest in my $7,300 repair problem that they should have recognized before selling the car. It was very disappointing to say the least. More
Absolute nightmare. I purchased a K5 and traveled all the way from Pittsburgh. The finance guy pushed to take an extended warranty. He pressured me into signing the pape I purchased a K5 and traveled all the way from Pittsburgh. The finance guy pushed to take an extended warranty. He pressured me into signing the papers saying that they have others waiting. When I tried to question him why I see an extra charge for a service he said he is offering for complimentary, he dodged it and told that I am not paying anything extra and the monthly rate would be same even he removes the complimentary service. High pressure sales team. Getting registration done is another nightmare. I had to call them multiple times to get the status of the registration paperwork. First they said that everything is in order and I will directly get my plates from DMV. A week later when I called back, they said there was some information mismatch and registration was pending and also denied that they ever mentioned that I will directly get the plates. Again after a week I get same response saying that there was some information mismatch and the paperwork wasn’t processed. My temporary tag is set to expire in 7days and no sign of response from the dealership. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this dealership. I wish I had bought my vehicle from some other dealer nearby my city. Absolute waste of time and energy. More
If I could give a 0 I would. Bought a car from them. When we finish signing everything(this took 3+ hrs), they told us the car still wasn’t ready to be taken home. They claimed i Bought a car from them. When we finish signing everything(this took 3+ hrs), they told us the car still wasn’t ready to be taken home. They claimed it needed detailed and have an inspection. So we went home carless. I come in the next day and they can’t get the license plate on… so much for their detailed inspection… I leave without a car again. Come back 3 and a half hours later and they still don’t have it done. Do not buy from them!!!! They are scammers and I’m sure I will find more things wrong with the car. It should not be this hard to get a car you bought from an actual dealership. No manager even showed up to try and make it right. More
We have several qualms with this dealership. We purchased our vehicle from them, and the buying process went smoothly. Our sales representative and finance department were helpful and made the car-buying experience seamless and worthwhile. The issues began after we left the lot, however. Financing the vehicle, the title was supposed to arrive to the dealership and then we could register the vehicle. Someone somewhere messed up along the way, and our title was mailed back to the previous owner IN ANOTHER STATE. This oversight could have been easily handled by the issuance of a replacement title, but instead the dealership delayed the process for over two months in trying to receive the original copy back. During this entire process, the impetus to receive status updates was on us...not once did anyone from Fort Wayne Kia call us with status updates without us reaching out first. This all came to a head when finally we had to get a rental vehicle from the dealership because we could no longer drive our new car on the temporary plates, and still no one had the title in hand. After driving a rental for 2+ weeks, we went to pick up our vehicle as the title issue had been resolved. We had spoken on the phone to a higher-up in the sales department and he had said our car would receive a free oil change while in their hands for all of the difficulties they had caused. Not only were we handed a bill for the oil change upon our arrival, but their reasoning for this was because "they had already covered the cost of the rental car for us." IT WAS THEIR RENTAL CAR IN THEIR INVENTORY! And the entire reason we needed a rental in the first place was because of their mistakes! Needless to say, we eventually got out of there with our vehicle and no bills being handed to us. This all could have been resolved with a few ongoing lines of communication, but the entirety of Fort Wayne Kia seemed too disorganized, mismanaged, or altogether incompetent for this to occur. Needless to say, the entire experience was sullied and we now take our vehicle elsewhere to be serviced. If it were not for the sales associate we dealt with, this would be a one-star review. More
