Bought a used 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Was told it was good. Needed all new rotars and brake pads. Cost me $800. When I tried discussing this with the dealership I got no follow-up. It was filled but still see it clear as day. Our salesman told us we'd get $3,500 - $4,000 for our trade in. The actual offer was $2,500. Last we were told our first payment would be deducted January 1st. That didn't happen. We got billed 1 month early at the beginning of December. My advice is stick up for yourself and be firm. Seems like a quick sale is their only priority. More
