Service writer didn’t mention the $135 inspection fee to identify the oil leak until the keys were in his hand. The $135 was on top of the valve cover gasket fix. Although my car buying process was smooth and easy, it went completely downhill after that. I went in to turn in my paystubs and needed to talk to someone about a service light that came on, all I was tol went completely downhill after that. I texted him the next morning only for him to read my message and to never respond to me. When I had my jeep there they told me they were going to wash it however they only thing they did was leave trash in it, which would be the second time they had done this. The first time they took the papers that were on the jeep off , crumbled them up and threw them in the glove box after I had purchased it. All in all the service is extremely subpar and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More
