Couldn't fix my car because my appointment was at 4pm and they didn't have enough time for the closed at 6pm. So the told me I had 2 options take it home and bring it back to be fixed or leave it over night they didn't have enough time for the closed at 6pm. So the told me I had 2 options take it home and bring it back to be fixed or leave it over night and it would be fixed the next day. I live over a hour each way and so that would make 4 trips for me over 4 hours so I said I would leave the car so it could be fixed. I had my 6 month old daughter with me and they couldn't provide me with a loaner car to drive home. I find this very inconvenient for myself and I'm sure others aswell. I have a kia carnival that is only 5 months old and I am already upset that I have to take it into the shop for warranty issues but on top of that not having a vehicle to drive while mine is being kept over night is unacceptable after paying 50k for a vehicle 5 months ago! More
