I made my appointment online for a Saturday morning. I knew that I would have a wait, it seems everybody likes to get Saturday morning appointments. I arrived and had no issues. Not a problem. After an hour, the service person came over and showed me on paper what all the mechanic had done and what he recommended be done. I went ahead and told them to go ahead with the recommendations. This added about 45 more minutes to my wait. I was pleased with the service I received. I had a coupon and they graciously had no issues using it to save me some money. All-in-All, I was happy with the service I received. More
