Exceptional buying experience! Kudos Kia of Fort Wayne...I wanted a specific car, color and tech, sales associate AP said they had one coming Dec 1. I thought, "yeah right"...3 wee Kudos Kia of Fort Wayne...I wanted a specific car, color and tech, sales associate AP said they had one coming Dec 1. I thought, "yeah right"...3 weeks later, got a call from AP (on Dec 1st!) saying the car was in if I wanted to come take a look. Since when does customer service happen when they said it will?
