My vehicle was at this Kia dealer for almost 10 weeks. However, I only have good things to share. I worked mostly with Conrad, but also with Bryan and the service manager, Chris. They shared the bad news first, but immediately followed up with options. When I shared frustrations about the car dealer that I purchased my vehicle from, Conrad was patient and listened, but only spoke highly of the dealer, assuming positive intent. This team fought tooth and nail with my extended warranty company. As a customer, I felt taken care of and protected. Thank you Conrad and team for your integrity and hard work! I appreciate you!!
