I was told that there would be two key fobs for my used car purchase, but that the second one was locked in a safe and the key was not available, but that they'd mail me the second key. Only when I continued pushing and despite never getting an email back from Danielle Benson-Story, I eventually learned that there was no second key at all. I was told that they'll obtain a second key, and I'm now just waiting to see if a second key ever shows up. How hard is it really to get details like this correct? More
I feel my concerns with my vehicle were just blown off. They shared the bad news first, but immediately followed up with options. When I shared frustrations about the car dealer that I purchased my vehicle from, Conrad was patient and listened, but only spoke highly of the dealer, assuming positive intent. This team fought tooth and nail with my extended warranty company. As a customer, I felt taken care of and protected. Thank you Conrad and team for your integrity and hard work! I appreciate you!!
