Buy Your Car Here, but Not Service The buying experience wasn't bad other than it took all day. 'got what I wanted at a fair price. Customer service / client relationships is awful! Customer service / client relationships is awful! ~ 3 weeks after buying, the brand new Ford Fusion Energi lost all power merging on to the Interstate. Required the State Patrol to come protect the car and to summon a tow truck. Called about 6 times to Customer Service to let them know I was coming via a tow truck and only reached voice mail. 'still haven't received a call to this day. Also, let them know in the voice mail that we'd be there about 10 minutes after Service closing time. My previous dealer (Infiniti) to help. The place was locked up tight though I could see people inside who ignored the tow truck and the unloading. Called first thing the next morning and again in the afternoon and finally got a call back. 'long story short....this place is awful when it comes to anything other than selling and I am of the opinion that the sales statements were shaky. For what it's worth, I'll be doing all I can to make sure that someone in Detroit knows about my experience at Ford of Kirkland. I'm sure this is not what Ford expects / wants when they provide their cars to dealers! More

Jon Sweigert and Joe Leavitt made it a fun, easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and upbeat without being the slightest bit pushy or putting any pressure on my wife or me. They did not have the particular model in stock, so Jon personally went to another dealer to get the Escape I wanted and made it happen the next day. Picking up the car was a breeze, and they showed us how everything worked and demonstrated things like the self-parking feature, so we felt confident with our purchase and that we were operating it correctly. Oh, and by the way, it was super cool to drive home! I love my new Ford Escape, and I highly recommend Ford of Kirkland. By the way, Dean Webster in the Service Department is fantastic to deal with on my wife's Fiesta. More
