George the service advisor behavior was unprofessional I asked him if I can prepay the service and he got all mad and said “I don’t do business like that man” what kind of talking is that?And he told me and asked him if I can prepay the service and he got all mad and said “I don’t do business like that man” what kind of talking is that?And he told me and another guy “make sure you guys not going anywhere just stay in the lounge until I get you guys signature okay?” and I was okay no problem. he’s talking to customers like he’s in the street middle of downtown very unprofessional, during the whole interaction he was mad and unprofessional until I the car got ready for pick up all of a sudden he became nice and asked me “once you got the survey make sure you’re going to give me 5” he even doesn’t even know how to ask customers for survey very unpleasant interaction sorry but not even 1 More

This dealership was far from a good experience overall, though there were a couple of bright spots. James Torro, our salesman, was terrific—professional, responsive, and great to work with. Unfortunately, the experience took a sharp turn once I dealt with Finance. After purchasing a truck, I worked with Luis Solari in finance. Once I made it clear that I did not want a warranty or any additional extras, communication completely stopped. I repeatedly requested a purchase order and wiring instructions and received no response. Calls and emails were ignored, and I was essentially ghosted. I ultimately had to reach out to the General Manager, Mike, to get things resolved. Once Mike stepped in, my experience turned around immediately. He was professional, responsive, and got me what I needed without issue. Additionally, I reached out to Ashley , the Accounting Manager, on two separate days to confirm whether my wire had cleared, as I needed to know when I could pick up my truck. Not to mention the worry of the wire going to the right place! I received no response or sense of urgency and once again had to contact Mike to get an answer. While James and Mike were professional and helpful, the lack of communication and professionalism from finance and accounting made this a very frustrating experience. I previously worked in the car business, and I can confidently say that my experience with Luis was extremely unprofessional—one of the worst I’ve encountered. It’s unfortunate, because James and Mike did their jobs well, but finance nearly ruined the entire transaction. I gave a 3 star due to the bad outweighing the good. If I could split the stars Mike and James would be 5 and the rest 1 star. More
