This was an out of state sale and communicated with Kyle, the sales person. He did a great job trying to secure the vehicle to hold the vehicle a few days but they couldn't do that until I was able to get a the sales person. He did a great job trying to secure the vehicle to hold the vehicle a few days but they couldn't do that until I was able to get a credit pre-qualification and were able to hold it for 24 hours until I was able to get into the facility. The sale was pretty straightforward, minimal back and forth and we had a vehicle to trade and that was a very quick review of the car. I enjoyed working with Kyle, straight forward individual and pleasant to deal with. More

I used to be a true to the dealer kind of person, they will take care of you and your car since you have been working with them for over 20 years. That was until I visited the service center for a transmi will take care of you and your car since you have been working with them for over 20 years. That was until I visited the service center for a transmission flush. I was told that my transmission needed to be rebuilt and a new transmission cooler for my car at 86k miles. The estimate was over $10k with sales tax. It was very heart breaking when you did everything right. You bought a certified pre-owned, purchased maintenance and service package and bumper to bumper warranty for another 8 years. Unfortunately my extended coverage expired quite a while ago. Also found out that unless the routine maintenance calls out to look at something specific, unless you write a note that you think that something is not working correctly, they will not add to their checklist. After thinking about the costs of the new transmission, I thought I should get a 2nd option. We took the car to a brand named transmission company, and after all the inspections and driving my car, it was determined I only needed a transmission flush and should be good to go. So $500 instead of $10k, I am very disappointed that the service center really did not really look into the my concerns and diagnose the car, even though I was charged the diagnostic fee. I feel like I can no longer trust their recommendations and that is really a bummer. I am really disappointed that we are ending our 20 year relationship with this dealer. I will take my monies to someone who does right by their customer. Thanks for the good years, and we wish you the best. More
