Worst ford dealer I’ve been to in Western Washington. Service Advisors are pretty incompetent and lack communication skills. NICK MILLER. Amazing. 11 months ago I met Nick when looking for a $10k used car for my daughter. We poked around, nothing clicked. Then we look at a new Maver Amazing. 11 months ago I met Nick when looking for a $10k used car for my daughter. We poked around, nothing clicked. Then we look at a new Maverick, didn't click. Then I thought maybe I'll give her my car and by myself a new Lariat F-150. Test drove, and I just couldn't justify the price. Zero pressure. We kept in contact, I wanted a Tremor but wasn't really serious. I'd go to the dealership and look at a truck and when I said "eh" I'm going to think on it he was always like ok cool no problem. Then I decided I wanted a Raptor, I can't tell you how many scheduled meetings I had with Nick that I got busy with work and couldn't make it. He was always patient and zero pressure to make a move. Well, a year later because of Nicks extraordinary professionalism I went from buying a $10k used car from him to buying a six figure Raptor - amazing. My wife actually said I only want to buy a car from him from now on - and my youngest daughter is now on the market. Either way, Nick treated me the same way from buying a used car for $10k to a brand new Raptor, truly extraordinary experience, thanks Nick! More

This dealership is absolutely awful. First showed up and the sales person I spoke with told me they had no plug in hybrids, I almost drove away and then he came back to say he might have First showed up and the sales person I spoke with told me they had no plug in hybrids, I almost drove away and then he came back to say he might have some. While I waited for him to look I noticed one right by the front door. This sales person had no idea what stock the company had and what features were available on the car. Then, in purchasing the car and speaking with a sales manager, the manger had showed me his computer screen where there was a message telling the dealer to not sell the car due to safety issues. Myself and the person I was with inquired about this and the sales manager spoke to someone and then came back and told us it was only a software update and that we could come in on Monday at 5:15 to have it fixed that same day. I purchased the car, which was also an unfortunate experience as the finance employee extended the process much longer than necessary in order to fulfill his need of talking down to me about “how much of a discount” I was getting on the car. He also refused to show me my final loan amount without going through all the loans I was not getting because the rate was “a gift to the credit union and I needed to understand that”. It was a disgusting display of ego and self-congratulation. I returned on Monday only to be told there was no software update and all the service staff had left at 4pm. I was then informed my vehicle had an active safety recall with NO REMEDY. Hence the “do not sell” error message on the sales manager screen. There is currently no remedy and it’s predicated there will be one on Q2, but we’ll see. This recall suggests to not the the plug in feature of the car which was my main reason for purchasing and paying thousands of dollars more for this car. So I was blatantly lied to by the sales manager and condescended to by the finance employee. I have since called back numerous times and attempted to find a solution, however the other sales manager I’ve been speaking to because they refused to send me through to the general service manager has also lied numerous times and attempted to on our third call, deny the facts of the occasion. I had a witness and everyone involved is aware. This dealership is TRASH, all around, every single person except the service department sucks. Buy a car from ANYWHERE else, but do not waste your time getting sold a Lemon here while the staff inflates their fragile male egos. I hope these people are ashamed of themselves but I’m sure that piece of xxxx that sold me my car is proud of himself. More
