I used to be a true to the dealer kind of person, they will take care of you and your car since you have been working with them for over 20 years. That was until I visited the service center for a transmi will take care of you and your car since you have been working with them for over 20 years. That was until I visited the service center for a transmission flush. I was told that my transmission needed to be rebuilt and a new transmission cooler for my car at 86k miles. The estimate was over $10k with sales tax. It was very heart breaking when you did everything right. You bought a certified pre-owned, purchased maintenance and service package and bumper to bumper warranty for another 8 years. Unfortunately my extended coverage expired quite a while ago. Also found out that unless the routine maintenance calls out to look at something specific, unless you write a note that you think that something is not working correctly, they will not add to their checklist. After thinking about the costs of the new transmission, I thought I should get a 2nd option. We took the car to a brand named transmission company, and after all the inspections and driving my car, it was determined I only needed a transmission flush and should be good to go. So $500 instead of $10k, I am very disappointed that the service center really did not really look into the my concerns and diagnose the car, even though I was charged the diagnostic fee. I feel like I can no longer trust their recommendations and that is really a bummer. I am really disappointed that we are ending our 20 year relationship with this dealer. I will take my monies to someone who does right by their customer. Thanks for the good years, and we wish you the best. More
I had scheduled a service appointment for my 2015 Ford Escape at Ford of Kirkland. However, I got the date wrong initially. I inquired with the Advisor, Tony, if it would be possible to leave my car anywa Escape at Ford of Kirkland. However, I got the date wrong initially. I inquired with the Advisor, Tony, if it would be possible to leave my car anyway. He informed me that while it was possible, it would take a week for them to even inspect the car and likely another week to complete the necessary work. When I asked about the possibility of a loaner car, he said they couldn’t provide one. As a result, I decided to cancel the appointment. After perusing the reviews here, I feel relieved about my decision to cancel. I don’t attribute this subpar service to the advisor; rather, I hold Ford responsible. The takeaway from this experience for me is to reconsider purchasing another Ford. It seems that once you buy a new car from Ford, you’re left to fend for yourself when it comes to servicing it. More

I was looking for a new 2024 Ranger. Wanted to validate getting a Ranger vs. F150. I had already been in touch with Karson via email and he had been very helpful. He was very helpful, answered all my question, and we got to do a test drive. I ended up buying the F150 and Karson ensured it was a great process and done in a reasonable amount of time. I really liked how he was helpful vs. pushy - making it easier to make the final decision. More
