Dan turned a somewhat disappointing start into a VERY happy ending! We came in for a specific vehicle and left with the vehicle, he did not try to steer us into a direction that we did not want to go, h happy ending! We came to Ford Kirkland after a horrible visit to a dealership south of Seattle . Only reason we went there was because it was endorsed by a Russell Wilson of the Seahawks. We drove back home to Kirkland to check to see if FOK had anything and we were approached by Sonny . He listened to our needs and pointed us towards a Certified 2012 Black escape. I knew after seeing and driving it I wanted it. He made the deal very easy also gave a great customer service. We got the car we wanted with a fair price and a great payment. We will buy our next car from Sonny and Ford of Kirkland More

If I could put zero stars I would. Worst Customer service i have ever received. These Salesmen should learn to not stereotype. Last night we drove all the way from Puyallup to Kirkland which was about an hou i have ever received. These Salesmen should learn to not stereotype. Last night we drove all the way from Puyallup to Kirkland which was about an hour drive to see a car they had. we arrived at around 6pm 3 hours before they closed at 9pm. WE waited about 20 minutes for someone to come out and help us. No one ever did so we went inside and stood around for a minute staring at the about 6 salesmen all sitting around talking to each other when finally a guy named Sonny came up. He came up asked if we wanted to see a car we informed him we did and he gave us the keys. He then informed us that we shouldn't take to long on our drive be back in around 10 minutes and in a serious voice told us to not wreck the car. When we returned a different salesmen named Tod came out to help us he asked us if we wanted to purchase a car tonight and we said we weren't sure we wanted to know what our payments would be, he then very rudely said well that's a lot of work if your not interested in the car. We then said we are interested we want to know what it would cost monthly before we would commit to anything. Then as we were filling out our paperwork he was on his personal phone talking to someone about purchasing something at Sears. When we were finished with the paperwork he took it over to his boss and then came back and told us he would call us with our pricing and keep out paperwork on file since we don't want to buy a car tonight he didn't want to waste time. There were no other customers in the building or on the lot. Basically he thought we were dumb kids who were wasting his time which was not the case at all we were very interested and if the price was right we would have bought the car. But instead we were being rushed out of there without even being considered. Now I'm going to go onto every sight I can to give them a low rating. Do not go here. More
