Sonny s is the guy to see I started my overall shopping on the busy Fourth of July weekend I came in on Friday morning to look at some used explores Sonny greeted me and showe I started my overall shopping on the busy Fourth of July weekend I came in on Friday morning to look at some used explores Sonny greeted me and showed me the explorers that were on the lot that would best be in my price range I made it very clear that I have to be a certain number out the door . he was very upfront with me and honest about how the pricing worked and to get to where I needed to be it would take a little bit of work I did end up coming back about a week later to purchase a preowned certified explore from Sonny and the desk manager Erik at Ford Of Kirkland . He gave me a fair price on my trade and got me very close to my out the door figure . I was very impressed with sons patience in dealing with me I can be a very difficult customer . Not only did Sonny take care of me in the sale he actually spent another hour or so with me going over all the features and the Bluetooth system inside and explorer. I will be back to purchase an F1 50 with in the next 5 to 6 months from Sonny and the Ford Of Kirkland dealership they really do care about their customers and their customer service is beyond another level thank you once again Mark More

My first new car experience was so relaxing, I thought I would be pressured by numerous sales people, but Todd came out when we first arrived and helped us choose the vehicle we were looking for. He was so kind and knowledgeable, showed us how to set up the menu on our car, showed us all the safety features, how to set up the "sync" and so much more, I recommend Todd to all my friends looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Kudos to Todd he's the best!!!! More

My worst auto dealer ever experience I just had the worst car dealer experience I have ever had through my 20+ years of shopping and buying used and new cars. Walked in to Ford of Kirklan I just had the worst car dealer experience I have ever had through my 20+ years of shopping and buying used and new cars. Walked in to Ford of Kirkland shopping for an F-150 XLT new or certified pre-owned. The sales guy was not trying to sell me anything. In fact it almost felt like he was trying to get rid of me. The whole experience lasted for about 10 minutes of me trying to tell him what I am looking for and him trying to convince me how anything they have is above my budget (even though I told him my budget and that I was going to pay cash and not finance). He then told me to just go look over there if I can find any truck I like. I asked about the promotions I saw online as there were a couple of trucks I saw that I liked and his response was yeah most of the people come for those and then they don't have what they were looking for. I told him I saw two that have what I am looking for and have good discounts running on them but he wanted me to give him the stock number to show me those. That's when I was done and told him that I feel like you are just trying to get rid of me instead of selling anything. I also said that that might not be your intention but that is how I feel and I just wanted to let you know. He said he was sorry I felt that way but it was very clear from his body language and defensive reaction (telling me how he has good customer service for the two years he worked here and how they called him for a manager position) that he was not really sorry. I told him that I no longer want to do business with him and went to my car, sat down and wrote this review. Something about my look was telling this guy that there is no way I can can write him a 40+k check. More

Barry who I had been emailing for a week didn't tell me when I got to the dealership he said he was busy so he told me his friend would show me the truck his friend took me out to the trucks but said they had no trucks like the one I came to see he said could show me other trucks but had never seen the truck I wanted to look at. I went in and asked where the truck was no one seemed to know I asked if I could talk to Barry and they said Barry was hiding. A sales person finally helped me and said the truck was sold. Why couldn't they just be honest if it sold could Barry have just told me? Felt very strange and dishonest - trucks sell I would have been disappointed but I wouldn't have felt deceived. It was a horrible experience. I love Ford trucks I will shop in Olympia in the future these people give auto dealerships a bad name ! More
