Harassment with promotional offers Ford of Kirkland is harassing me with promotional offers inviting me to bring my car to service appointments even though the dealership has formally r Ford of Kirkland is harassing me with promotional offers inviting me to bring my car to service appointments even though the dealership has formally refused to treat me as their customer after damaging my vehicle during the last service and failing to admit any responsibility for the damage. These solicitation offers are written in a humiliating tone by referring to my name in the humiliating context such as "We've missed you!". By sending these promotional offers, Ford of Kirkland is demonstrating that even after refusal to provide services to me, the business continues sharing, selling, using or otherwise taking advantage of and extracting commercial value from my personal information without my consent. The unauthorized use of personal information is unethical and illegal trade practice. The evidence of misuse of my personal information further proves that Ford of Kirkland is acting illegally. Having brought this issue to the attention of BBB and other local authorities, the response from the management of Ford of Kirkland was in line with previous lies and defamation that came from them last year when they were asked to compensate for damages caused by their technician. They basically attempted to cover up the whole story by telling BBB that they don’t have any records of service refusal, despite the whole incident being fully documented including police case number. So, nothing really changed with their attitude. Liars will always be liars. More

Barry McClenny is a typical used car salesman If you look up the definition of "Used Car Salesman" in the dictionary...I guarantee it'll have a picture of Barry beside it. This guy is the worst... This guy is the worst....pulls all of the shady crap (let me talk to my manager, uh....the advertised price isn't the price we're actually selling it for, etc). Gave me the run-around for about 1/2-hour before I left...then calls/emails me non-stop afterwards. Don't give Barry your contact info...he's a grade-A tool. More

Good Car Buying Experience followed by TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SER I had a good experience with car buying. That is a fact. Problem is that I bought after market tires/rims and the truck spray in bed liner and NOBOD I had a good experience with car buying. That is a fact. Problem is that I bought after market tires/rims and the truck spray in bed liner and NOBODY WILL CALL ME BACK. I have bought 4 cars from these guys and I figured I would be treated well and taking care of. Unfortunately, that has NOT been the case. I sent messages to my salesman, the sales manager Rich, as well as the service department, Christina, with no resolution. I have been asking for weeks. I purchased this truck over a month ago and this is ridiculous. I am insulted at how poor the customer service has been once the sale is made. There has been no communication. My next purchase was going to be a Mustang Shelby GT 350, Will be looking at other dealerships. I hope Ahmed, the GM, and Jim, the owner, know what is going on with their Service department and that the Sales manager is doing nothing to help the customers. This is going to lose business. At least mine. Please don't ask me to do a video of how good your service is and how happy I am and paste it all over facebook and then ignore me. I feel used and INSULTED! More

The way car buying should be My wife and I went in search of a 2017 Lariat F150 and after doing our research online we first visited two other Ford dealerships. We were not happy My wife and I went in search of a 2017 Lariat F150 and after doing our research online we first visited two other Ford dealerships. We were not happy with the treatment we received from them it was max pressure to buy now now now. We were pretty exhausted/not in the best mood when we got to Ford of Kirkland. We walked to the New F150's and there was a young salesman working on something. He immediately noticed us and paused he was doing to welcome us, introduced himself and i guess our fatigue was obvious cause he offered to bring us some water. That first impression of Roy caught us off guard and the rest of the process from finding the right truck, test drive negotiating finance and delivery were equally great. This is the way cars should be sold and how the customer experience should be. Roy was sincere, listened astutely worked hard for us and made sure he followed through or tried his best to address our concerns and wants in the truck. Go find him if youre in search of a new car. More

Good times I was in search of a new car and Ford wasn't really a top choice. My friends told me good things about the Fusion hybrid and decided to see what the f I was in search of a new car and Ford wasn't really a top choice. My friends told me good things about the Fusion hybrid and decided to see what the fuss was about. I went to Ford at Kirkland and was greeted by Roy. He was very friendly and no pressure which made the experience great. We went for a test drive and Roy was helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. He asked if I wanted additional information and I said sure, we went to his desk and the manager and he provided numbers which were actually UNDER MY BUDGET (of course I didn't let them know that hah). Long story short, I drove off with a new car and couldn't be happier. Roy was great and 5 stars all the way! More
