30,000 mile checkup It was a 30,00 mile service. I arrived at the appointment time. Discussed what they were going to do and was told 2 hours or under. The waiting room It was a 30,00 mile service. I arrived at the appointment time. Discussed what they were going to do and was told 2 hours or under. The waiting room was comfortable. Free coffee but a bit washed out. Free WiFi available, Service took 1 hour 45 minutes. I have been coming here 20 years. No complaints so far. More

service staff is great. But the sales floor staff is awful I've owned two ford explorers and had them serviced at Ford of Kirkland. Their service techs always solved the problems, I never felt oversold and th I've owned two ford explorers and had them serviced at Ford of Kirkland. Their service techs always solved the problems, I never felt oversold and they would do diagnostic work for free. I was really pleased. So when I went to buy a new ford (my 3rd) I was shocked at the lack of professionalism of the sales staff. It felt like the Wild West with terms changing randomly, salesmen not responding to questions, and they DO NOT like it if you bargain - you get a lot of attitude in return. At this point I am going to keep my current explorer rather than buy a new vehicle. And when I do buy new, it probably won't be a Ford. Ford lost my loyalty after dealing with these losers. More

Used Car Purchase OMG.... Purchased a used vehicle with my son - his first car. As part of the deal they said that they'd throw in a tank of gas...they only filled it h OMG.... Purchased a used vehicle with my son - his first car. As part of the deal they said that they'd throw in a tank of gas...they only filled it half way. On the way home, found that the radio doesn't work - that was not disclosed to us. When we opened the trunk, there was half an inch of water in it. No integrity and I will not deal with them again. Jon Sweigert did what google couldn't. I was not pleased with the hill assist my new 2018 mustang gt. I couldn't find anywhere how to disable it. I googled and there were no step by step i I was not pleased with the hill assist my new 2018 mustang gt. I couldn't find anywhere how to disable it. I googled and there were no step by step instructions. I called the ford customer service and they couldn't figure it out either. They said they would research it can get back to me tomorrow. Well the dealer I purchased from was on my way home so I decided to stop by to see if anyone could help me. Jon Sweigert said he wasn't sure how to do it, but he would figure it out. Once we sat in my car he figured it out extremely fast! I was thrilled. From now on if I have any questions about anything i'm not checking google....i'm calling Jon!
