They also offered me a complimentary shuttle service to take me to my destination while they worked on my car. The service was done in less than an hour and they called me to let me know that my car was ready. They also washed and vacuumed my car for free. When I picked up my car, they explained what they did and showed me the invoice. They also gave me a coupon for my next service visit. I was very impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. My Outback runs smoothly and looks great. I called back Friday at 2pm asking if I could bring it in and was told they only work Monday to Friday 8-5. How were they going to do it at 7pm the day I bought it. No one between the sales person, finance manager, and service department were on the same page. So now I have to take off work to take care of this and it wasn't communicated to me that way before they took my money. More
