Richard Gaffney- is a fablous service advisor- He is always super friendly and always accomdates my service needs for my car. Fields BMW epitomizes what a car service experience should be. Patti has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my car was serviced properly and quickly. Everytime I come in she is ALWAYS a joy to work with. She answers all my questions and informs me of additional services that are offered or needed , is prompt to call me when she say's and thanks me for the business. I'm a traveling proffesional and never have enough time in my day but she always makes the experience worth my time. I just wanted to write you regarding my recent visit to Fields BMW dealership. It was my second time in for service. I was blown away the first time in because of the great service that I recieved from Fields BMW dealership. It was my second time in for service. I was blown away the first time in because of the great service that I recieved from Nick Lansing, which is the main reason I returned for a second visit. On my second visit I had a 7:30 am appointment. I actually brought something with me to eat because I had to leave so early from home. I figured you would offer coffee and danish like some other dealerships, but I was very impressed that you actually offered cook to order omlettes!! I currently own a Lexus which my wife drives. She always tells me how much she enjoys the high level of customer service that we get from our Lexus dealer in PA. She has taken my BMW to the dealership in the past and she commented on how much better the service was at Lexus vs. BMW. (In the Philly area). When I called to tell her about the complimentary made to order omlettes she could not believe it. I am taking the time to write this letter because I would just like to say, in a world where everyone seems to be cutting back customer service to almost non-existence, it's nice to go to a dealership that delivers a great customer experience. My career is in sales and marketing so I appreciate the extra work it takes to make this happen and I want to complement you and your organization on a great experience from start to finish. (Concierge, dedicated service person, breakfast, great techinical service,complimentary car wash and friendly staff). I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. From the purchase of my new 2007 550 to today they have done an outstanding job. I have always felt like part of the family every time I go in. For as sophisticated & complex as the systems on the car are, they are able keep things running as good as new year after year. If a problem arises I have confidence that it will be taken care of. Richard has always been very accommodating and easy to work with. When dropping my car off or picking it up I never have to wait, even if I needed a loaner car. Also, on more than one occasion I had to visit the dealer on short notice without an appointment. Everything was handled professionally and expeditiously, business as usual. The dealership also does a great job at making you feel welcome by offering fantastic food for breakfast or lunch. They also have coffee, soda and water. None of my other dealer experiences with prior vehicles can even compare to Fields. It truly matches the premium vehicles that they sell. More

Richard has been an excellent service rep ever since Field's has been servicing my vehicle. He can always be reached and is helpful however possible. A few weeks ago I was having issues while out of sta Field's has been servicing my vehicle. He can always be reached and is helpful however possible. A few weeks ago I was having issues while out of state with vehicle and Richard was trying to help via telephone on how best to fix the car problem. He and the dealership has always been very accomodating to me whenever I call including helping with minor things even w/o an appointment. They are also very knowledgable about my vehicle which helps with quick turnarounds when problems do occur. Glenn More

He is extremely knowledgeable at diagnosing, resolving and dealing with the problems. He has consistently delivered services when promised and provided alternative transportation to make an inconvenient situation much more bearable. He is a true asset to the dealership. The dealership is clean and provides food and beverages to customers while waiting for their services to be completed. The food is delicious and is much appreciated when waiting. Finally, after receiving first rate service and complimentary food and beverage, my car is delivered with a spotless carwash. This dealership definitely strives to make sure their customers are satisfied from the minute they drive up to the service department and greeted, until they leave with their shiny clean car. I have continued to be impressed with Fields BMW of Winter Park over the past year and have and will recommend to friends. More
