Fields BMW Winter Park

So far i have purchased 3 BMW's from this dealership and Patti has been my service adviser for most of that time (I wish it had been for the full time!). When things have gone wrong with my cars I know she's always in my corrner to make sure the repair is done correctly and to do what ever she can to have it covered by warranty. I also appreciate that she's always thinging of my safety by adding "check tire pressures" to every work order. I've had other service advisers in the past at other dealerships where this has not been the case. Patti's exceptional service keeps me a loyal customer to BMW. Russel BMW in Maryland just about put an end to that loyalty with the poor service that I received at that location. Patti is a HUGE asset to Fields and I recommend her as a service adviser to everyone that I know who owns a BMW. I know they will be treated with exceptional service. Patti and I have developed a great relationship that always begins and ends with a hug! When I have any trouble with my X5 they are always very friendly and courteous.The service advisor is always very friendly and willing to ensure that the trouble is taken cate of. Richard Gaffney- is a fablous service advisor- He is always super friendly and always accomdates my service needs for my car. I just wanted to write you regarding my recent visit to Fields BMW dealership. It was my second time in for service. I was blown away the first time in because of the great service that I recieved from Fields BMW dealership. It was my second time in for service. I was blown away the first time in because of the great service that I recieved from Nick Lansing, which is the main reason I returned for a second visit. On my second visit I had a 7:30 am appointment. I actually brought something with me to eat because I had to leave so early from home. I figured you would offer coffee and danish like some other dealerships, but I was very impressed that you actually offered cook to order omlettes!! I currently own a Lexus which my wife drives. She always tells me how much she enjoys the high level of customer service that we get from our Lexus dealer in PA. She has taken my BMW to the dealership in the past and she commented on how much better the service was at Lexus vs. BMW. (In the Philly area). When I called to tell her about the complimentary made to order omlettes she could not believe it. I am taking the time to write this letter because I would just like to say, in a world where everyone seems to be cutting back customer service to almost non-existence, it's nice to go to a dealership that delivers a great customer experience. My career is in sales and marketing so I appreciate the extra work it takes to make this happen and I want to complement you and your organization on a great experience from start to finish.
