I was there recently for annual maintenance a oil change and spark plugs, when the valet gave me my car it was misfiring and idling rough. On a previous visit for new tires, my wheel was all scratched up which james resolved. (Not thrilled they polished off the clear coat) i expect better care from the mechanics. When i bring my car in for service i dont expect to get it back with new problems. More

I can't thank Alexis Serrano enough for his exceptional service at BMW Winter Park. On a previous visit, I had concerns about my brakes making a loud noise, but was told it was normal. However, Alexis took the time to listen to me and had the brakes properly checked. It turned out they were actually bad, and he ensured they were repaired. He also addressed an issue I was having with the side mirror sensors. Once again, he listened, checked thoroughly, and discovered a factory reset was needed, which resolved the problem. Alexis truly went above and beyond, even trying to get me out by 1 o'clock so I could pick up my granddaughters. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience seamless, and I will definitely be asking for Alexis for any future repairs on my BMW X3.
