Not impressed! Heard that BMW takes care of it's customers and gives them a great experience but this was a let down for my servicing needs to say the least. They h Heard that BMW takes care of it's customers and gives them a great experience but this was a let down for my servicing needs to say the least. They had to change a wheel because of a flat and that took 5 to 6 days of leaving the car there. Granted, things happen and the part was not available, so they didn't have a choice but the service advisor didn't seem invested or interested in the trouble I was going through. Just seemed like things are what they are and they didn't want to say much. Maybe they are just introvert (but in the business of customer service?) She did not offer a loaner, nor did they tell about options to get a rental car. Did not provide me with any assurance or apprise me of any options. The only reason I am leaving a fair rating is because after asking multiple times, the advisor said that she could authorize a 2 day rental instead of 1. After all said and done, they text you and ask you for a rating of 10 like their life depends on it. I gave them that rating on text but I'd rather they had EARNED it! Did not feel valued at all. Please try harder next time and communicate. More

Had a great experience buying a used car at Fields BMW Winter Park. First, I love the car. I saw it online and everything was exactly as advertised. Car was pristine. Second, Tariq was friendly, knowledge Winter Park. First, I love the car. I saw it online and everything was exactly as advertised. Car was pristine. Second, Tariq was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. Chloe in finance was also very kind and thorough. The whole environment was low pressure and the overall atmosphere was clean and nice. While we were waiting on paperwork etc, it was lunch time, and they even had a kitchen to have a small bite while you waited. Overall, I was very impressed with the dealership, would recommend to others, and would definitely consider buying a car again from them in the future. More
