Fields BMW Winter Park is the ONLY PLACE I take my BMW for service and I am looking forward to purchasing my next BMW from them hopefully soon before the end of the year (X6). So HAPPY I have Brandon as my service advisor, he's always the best unfortunately I was put with someone else on Brandon's day off and each time I went back for service I was put with this same terrible guy who was NOT Brandon! Huge mistake this other guy was terrible [spent money I really didn't need to spend, made me feel stupid when I asked questions, etc) Don't want to put his name on here, maybe he is great with other customers just not great with me! I made sure I got Brandon back as my service advisor because I was about to never go back to this dealership! THANKS BRANDON FOR ALWAYS BEING AWESOME! & "Magic" for an easy exceptional buying experience. So sad he's no longer there to help when I buy my next BMW. More
