Usually I have exceptional service today an employee decided to steal money from my car and unplug my dash cam. Then the service manager as well as gm thought it wasn’t a big deal. So apparently this is just another day of being a thief at fields winter park. Who knows how many times others have been stolen from at this location while management co-signs. I will bring my business elsewhere. Mind you on top of stealing from me they didn’t even have the parts for simple break job after making an appointment 2 weeks ago. They definitely do not have your best interest in mind. Beware and stay far away if you can. Looks like bmw feels like a car max. More
