Couldn't be more disappointed with these folks. Brought in a 328i that was 500 miles out of warranty for a water pump repair and dealer offered no assistance in the cost. I had to call them more than 10 times to get an answer from them as well. Terrible customer service! More

I love my service adviser Rob Hynes at Fields BMW in Winter Park, FL. Since I leased my BMW two years ago this month, Rob has taken such good care of me at this dealership. Even if I'm in for a courtesy Winter Park, FL. Since I leased my BMW two years ago this month, Rob has taken such good care of me at this dealership. Even if I'm in for a courtesy car wash, he'll see me and make a point to stop and say hello and check how I'm doing. Here's the deal. What makes Rob an excellent service adviser is not only his big heart and his attention to the customer, but that he has the support of a customer-focused organization. Every person who works on the periphery of his team is oriented on getting the customer in and out as quickly, accurately and pleasurably as possible. This morning when I pulled up, customer greeter Bobby immediately gestured where to park and was at my door before I had the engine off. He took my key and printed out my paperwork and walked me to my service adviser, Rob Hynes. Rob quickly processed what my car needed, asked me if there was anything else I needed done, including reminding me that my key fob needed a new battery (something I'd mentioned to him in passing on a prior visit or call--even I don't remember), and walked me over to the Hertz desk where I was quickly assigned a BMW rental, escorted to the car, and vroom I was on my way. In the span of about 15 minutes, if that. This is the kind of experience that will make me choose this dealership over any other. So thank you, Rob, and your team at Fields. You guys get it. You get that performance is about people, not processes. Ask yourself this question: Do you look forward to taking your car to the dealership? I certainly do, and now you know why. More

Wymore Road Winter Park, FL 32789 The service I receive from my service advisor Pattie Rennie is highly exceptional. Patti has been my advisor since 2005 at Infiniti of Orlando. She called and informed me she was leaving Infiniti and will be at Fields BMW and I was disappointed to see her leave by I soon followed she has always given us excellent service and has always been able to accomodate us. Patti urged me to make the switch and we ordered my wife a 2008 335i that year. I have also purchased a BMW for myself as well as I enjoy the driving experience and have great confidence that my service advisor will take car of all the service needs. Russ is the second client adviser that I have had at Fields (both have been excellent). My first client adviser is no longer at this location and I asked Patti Rennie my Service Adviser who she'd recom Fields (both have been excellent). She thought about it for a moment and then said "Russ Fowler, he's the perfect fit for you". She then proceeded to tell me about how he treats his clients and that he always ensures everything is perfect. She quickly had him paged, and he was at her desk within minutes. We had a quick introduction, he gathered some information for what type of vehicle I was looking for and a great working relationship started at that point. I wasn't in a hurry to replace my Z4, so finding a car wasn't an urgent matter, finding the right car at the right price was what I was after. I new that I wanted a CPO 335i or a 135i convertible, with low miles, a specific list of options and there were only a few colors choices that I was interested in. During this time I had been to Fields on several occasions for car washes and got to observe Russ in action with his clients. Never once did I see a disappointed client. I also saw that when a car came back from the detail department, Russ was going through it ensuring everything was perfect, sending some cars back for more work and polishing and cleaning some minor details himself. He always had a smile and he was always busy. One day I just happened to notice that almost an exact match to what I was looking for in a 335i convertible had just arrived to the Field's South Orlando location so I called Russ. He immediately put the car on hold (I did not have to put a deposit on it) and said that he would go and get the car himself the next day, have it cleaned and prepped and it would be ready for me to test drive it the following late the following afternoon. When I arrived at Field's, Russ as really excited about the car, almost as if he was purchasing it. His excitement was contagious. He handed me the key and said go for a drive buddy, you'll love it! Love it I did! As soon as I was back at the dealership from my test drive, he was there to greet me and ask me what I thought. What I thought was I want to drive this car home tonight as long as the price was right. We went back out to the car and Russ walked me through all of the options that it had that were above and beyond what were on my list of requirements as well as pointed out the only option that it was missing (heated seats). As we walked around the car Russ pointed out a few scratches and a little dent that he noticed on the rear fender. Had he not pointed them out I would not have noticed them until I had the car in the day light. Russ wanted the car to be perfect, so he said he would arrange for the scratches to be repainted, but he wasn't certain if the small dent could be easily removed because of where it was but he'd do what ever he could to make it as perfect as possible. We went back inside and negotiated price. Russ was in my corner when it came to negotiating the price of the car as well as the trade-in of my Z4. I had done prior research on the price of the car and my trade and I left with a better deal that what I had anticipated. As they needed to have the car for a few days, Russ arranged for me to be able to continue to use my Z4 as a loaner car until the 335i was ready. I really appreciated this. When the car was ready, Russ put new floor matts in it and performed his final once over with his own detailing supplies. All the scratches were completely removed the small dent wasn't noticeable....."The car was perfect". I really appreciate Russ's attention to detail, making sure that everything meets his own very high standards. I have very high standards when it comes to details and Russ's are higher! I think this is what Patti meant when she said Russ was the perfect fit! I've since recommended him to others. My recommendation to those that read this, if you're thinking of purchasing from Fields, Russ is your man, no matter what Field's lot the car that you are interested in is on. He'll get it for you, he'll get you a great deal, and the car will be perfect! More
So far i have purchased 3 BMW's from this dealership and Patti has been my service adviser for most of that time (I wish it had been for the full time!). When things have gone wrong with my cars I know she's always in my corrner to make sure the repair is done correctly and to do what ever she can to have it covered by warranty. I also appreciate that she's always thinging of my safety by adding "check tire pressures" to every work order. I've had other service advisers in the past at other dealerships where this has not been the case. Patti's exceptional service keeps me a loyal customer to BMW. Russel BMW in Maryland just about put an end to that loyalty with the poor service that I received at that location. Patti is a HUGE asset to Fields and I recommend her as a service adviser to everyone that I know who owns a BMW. I know they will be treated with exceptional service. Patti and I have developed a great relationship that always begins and ends with a hug! You're the BEST Patti and I always look forward to seeing you everytime I'm at Field's even if it's just for a car wash. More

When I have any trouble with my X5 they are always very friendly and courteous.The service advisor is always very friendly and willing to ensure that the trouble is taken cate of. I have my vehicle since 2006 and have had it serviced several times at the Winter Park location. My service advisor Richard Gaffney has provided me with excellent customer service each time well beyond e several times at the Winter Park location. He has been very professional, very knowledgeable and has processed the work orders efficiently and so expeditiously. I do not have to wait very long for my car to be completed and be on my way. He also checks any other service items that need to be completed on the car at the same time. I definitely recommend for everyone to request Richard when they need to service their car at the Winter Park location. He is excellent. More
