The service manager at this dealer seems to be a very angry person in general. The service writer, she was nice. but then 1hr & 15 min before my car was even looked at! The chevy dealer I bring my other car to is run much better then Field's in winter park. not sure about there other locations but this place gets a D in my book.If your looking to get your bmw worked on or serviced you need to pack a lunch! I went to Fields BMW Winter Park for a specific service complain and deal with service advisor Jason Bennenate. When I went to service he told me to sign couple paperwork and I sign, he hasnt told me what complain and deal with service advisor Jason Bennenate. When I went to service he told me to sign couple paperwork and I sign, he hasnt told me what they were and I trusted the name BMW and did not ask or question it, he called me later on the same day and told me my car needs other repairs and I needed to pay inspection fee, when I told him I brought my car for a specific reason and would not want to pay for inspection, he answered as he can not argue with me and I needed to pay, he didnt even try to give me further information nor try to help. I also brought my car for another service need about a month ago and while they are servicing the car they hit it, I said it is ok accident can happen and they have fixed the car and told me this incident will never hit the carfax because it was just a little scrach on the bumber, now I own a 2009 BMW with a accident on carfax report as high end car buyer, we all know the effects of price on a BMW with a accident history on carfax. After going trough all this BMW service did not want to help me on anything no compensation, appology or even act sorry. So Finally this will be my last BMW that I will ever purchase and deal with these guys, and I do not recommens them to anyone I know. They dont know any consumer right or show anything to help customer service. More
I used this dealership to lease my BMW in 2009, which was a perfect experience. Then went in May 2012 to buy my car from lease. Even before I got there, I told salesperson I needed to know COMPLETE price of my car. When I got there sales person told me different dollar costs than I had on my emails to her. I was upset and frustrated and told her that I asked her specifically that I needed to know costs ahead of time so that I could figure what my monthly payments would be. There was no apology, just a take it or leave it attitude. She told me they weren't making any money on this deal. She also said several times I don't know how to make things any clearer to you. So I asked for the Sales Manager, same thing. So then I took it to the Finance Manager, same thing. A simple, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to overlook your needs”, would have been sufficient. Instead I was belittled, and they looked at me as an antagonist. I walked out after buying the car, which I had to because the lease was up. This was the worst buying experience I have EVER had in my life. Took complaint to BMW North America. They said since this dealership is independently owned, no followup. Took complaint to the president of Fields Motorcars which was passed down to president of Fields Motorcars of Florida. Got letter to the effect: HE apologized but also said: I was rude. I WAS RUDE, how about your personnel?? I explained in a follow-up letter to him that I am cured, I will never buy a car without a witness, and it will NEVER be a BMW, and never from his dealership. His follow-up said: next time you buy a BMW, contact me directly. Obviously he does not know what bad personel can do to a business and a brand name. More
I recently purchased a 2009 BMW 328i M-Sport edition, CPO, from Fields BMW-Winter Park and would like to give my sales advisor, Gary Boggess, the highest possible recommendation. Gary was professional, courteous, patient, and straight-forward. There was no sales pressure applied, the financial dealings were transparent, and the attention to detail was impressive. Gary spent hours explaining the features of the 335i and 328i we test-drove and did so enthusiastically. The service did not end with the sale. Once the purchase was finalized Gary spent another 30 minutes with me to make sure all of the features of my BMW were adjusted for me (seat/mirror memory, audio system, etc...) and asked me to return to have one small, almost imperceptable blemish "touched-up" at no charge. My experience working with Gary was the single best sales experience, automobile or otherwise, I have ever encountered. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who truly enjoys his job, has a passion for BMW, and wants his customers to make the best possible decision. I have already recommended Fields BMW-Winter Park to others due to Gary Boggess, and look forward to working with Gary in the future. More
Couldn't be more disappointed with these folks. Brought in a 328i that was 500 miles out of warranty for a water pump repair and dealer offered no assistance in the cost. I had to call them more than 10 times to get an answer from them as well. Terrible customer service! More

I love my service adviser Rob Hynes at Fields BMW in Winter Park, FL. Since I leased my BMW two years ago this month, Rob has taken such good care of me at this dealership. Even if I'm in for a courtesy car wash, he'll see me and make a point to stop and say hello and check how I'm doing. Here's the deal. What makes Rob an excellent service adviser is not only his big heart and his attention to the customer, but that he has the support of a customer-focused organization. Every person who works on the periphery of his team is oriented on getting the customer in and out as quickly, accurately and pleasurably as possible. This morning when I pulled up, customer greeter Bobby immediately gestured where to park and was at my door before I had the engine off. He took my key and printed out my paperwork and walked me to my service adviser, Rob Hynes. Rob quickly processed what my car needed, asked me if there was anything else I needed done, including reminding me that my key fob needed a new battery (something I'd mentioned to him in passing on a prior visit or call--even I don't remember), and walked me over to the Hertz desk where I was quickly assigned a BMW rental, escorted to the car, and vroom I was on my way. In the span of about 15 minutes, if that. This is the kind of experience that will make me choose this dealership over any other. So thank you, Rob, and your team at Fields. You guys get it. You get that performance is about people, not processes. Ask yourself this question: Do you look forward to taking your car to the dealership? I certainly do, and now you know why. More

Wymore Road Winter Park, FL 32789 The service I receive from my service advisor Pattie Rennie is highly exceptional. Patti has been my advisor since 2005 at Infiniti of Orlando. She called and informed me she was leaving Infiniti and will be at Fields BMW and I was disappointed to see her leave by I soon followed she has always given us excellent service and has always been able to accomodate us. Patti urged me to make the switch and we ordered my wife a 2008 335i that year. I have also purchased a BMW for myself as well as I enjoy the driving experience and have great confidence that my service advisor will take car of all the service needs. So far i have purchased 3 BMW's from this dealership and Patti has been my service adviser for most of that time (I wish it had been for the full time!). Patti can always be counted on to go above and beyon Patti has been my service adviser for most of that time (I wish it had been for the full time!). When things have gone wrong with my cars I know she's always in my corrner to make sure the repair is done correctly and to do what ever she can to have it covered by warranty. I also appreciate that she's always thinging of my safety by adding "check tire pressures" to every work order. I've had other service advisers in the past at other dealerships where this has not been the case. Patti's exceptional service keeps me a loyal customer to BMW. Russel BMW in Maryland just about put an end to that loyalty with the poor service that I received at that location. Patti is a HUGE asset to Fields and I recommend her as a service adviser to everyone that I know who owns a BMW. I know they will be treated with exceptional service. Patti and I have developed a great relationship that always begins and ends with a hug! You're the BEST Patti and I always look forward to seeing you everytime I'm at Field's even if it's just for a car wash. More
