Great if your looking for a car wash which I was not. You need to focus on customers for service not the cheapskate looking for a free car wash. My horn worked fine when I brought it their but when u got almost home and someone almost hit me in my lane I discovered my horn didn't work. Eric was the only thing that settled my issues. More

nightmare My vehicle was in the shop for almost 2 months but by no fault of BMW. My Warrenty service sucks, they sent wrong parts, damaged parts and just didn't My vehicle was in the shop for almost 2 months but by no fault of BMW. The lounge area in service department was comfortable and allowed me to catch up on emails and some work while I waited ( while also enjoying some green tea). They actually provide ice cream and cones along with some other goodies while you wait. All staff members were polite and helpful from service, to mechanics, to detailers.
