first time I had a good experience I was in and out quickly which was a Christmas miracle because since I owned my car I've had nothing but issues. I'd never buy another BMW ever again as there is only fields dealerships in the Orlando area. Also BMW USA is a below average company do not buy a certified used car as It means nothing. With mine it came with one odd wrong tire size and they claimed the paperwork showed 4 correct tires and I must have switched one over myself to make it look like they had made an error....seriously, like I would buy a bad tire to try and get a good one for free. My husband has a Porsche and the experience he gets on a car worth less than mine is of a different caliber. More

I actually found it quite refreshing dealing with someone like him. I've dealt with many salesman in the past, and you can tell while talking to them that they were all about thier bottom line only and didn't really care about me,"The Customer" However Jesus Valentin made it seem like he actually had my best interest in mind, and he made me feel comfortable when he spoke to me like a person and not one big dollar sign.
