Service I made an appointment with Eric Ramos but when i arrived Michael Crenshaw was the one that greeted me and ended up taking care of my vehicle, Michael I made an appointment with Eric Ramos but when i arrived Michael Crenshaw was the one that greeted me and ended up taking care of my vehicle, Michael is NOT customer service friendly AT ALL, he was blunt and even cut me off at times, i told him what was wrong with my vehicle and he cut me off and told me to have a seat that they were going to call me later on. At the end Michael just topd me that my vehicle was ready and didn't even went thru what they did with it at al. I went outside and notised that one of the issues was still there and i went back inside, when i told him he immediately put a long face and went outside with me ( noticeably upset ) i told him what was wrong and it seems that he had misunderstanded me and quickly started mumbling that we cant fix that. He then took my car immediately to the shop driving it rough and came back 10 mins later saying that they couldn't fix anything because everything was ok. More
