Drove 6 hrs to be let down. On 4/19/2017 I bought a 2015 INFINITI Q 40 on-line and I was told that there were no dings or dents, When I went to pick the car up on 4/23/2017 t On 4/19/2017 I bought a 2015 INFINITI Q 40 on-line and I was told that there were no dings or dents, When I went to pick the car up on 4/23/2017 the right front bumper was damaged and trim ring missing from fog light. I was offered $150 off purchase price. This was not acceptable and I am taking the time to bring this to your attention as this was a total waste of my time. I was told multiple times during the phone conversation while setting up this deal, that the car was in excellent condition. I drove 6 hrs round trip to buy this car plus the cost of gas. Thanks for wasting my time. More

Service above and beyond After an excellent sale experience, Jay Fitzgerald really stepped up when we had an almost immediate service issue. before we brought the car home, s After an excellent sale experience, Jay Fitzgerald really stepped up when we had an almost immediate service issue. before we brought the car home, some overspray from the next lot over ended up all over the car. We described it to Jay, and he had us bring the car right in. They went over the whole car with a clay bar and removed all of the overspray. While we waited, their shuttle van took us to our favorite bookstore, When we returned, the car was absolutely perfect. Fields, and especially Jay, acted immediately and expertly to solve this problem for us. This truly is the professional, dedicated service that earns our loyal business. Thank you! Once I arrived at Fields BMW South Orlando though it was smooth sailing and we ended up driving home same day in our land yacht having only the time it took to negotiate and purchase slow us down. Facility was as nice as any Bimmer shop I've been in and staff only added to our positive impression..
