The technicians who worked on my husband’s 750 had their challenges because the car was not serviced properly by another independent shop but they figured everything out and it is better than it has been in years. Field’s BMW of Orlando is a wonderful place to go to get your car serviced for whatever job it is large or small. Good work Bad Service Every time I come here I get even more inconvenienced. I get my car serviced here as it’s the closest dealership to me. Aside from a couple rude employees, one being a service manager, they never have loaners and claim you need to book an appointment 2 weeks in advance yet I can’t wait 2 weeks if the car I bought from you is malfunctioning with only 40k miles on it. I work 6 days a week and you can imagine how much I rely on this expensive and prestigious brand of a car. They never meet projected finish dates. Overall this dealership does NOT represent BMW in a good way. Might just have to make the drive to Winter Park as I hear they’re a lot better. The service manager I had worked with last was at least nice and tried to help me as best as she could, as for the others I can’t say the same. More
Routine service visit spoiled by tech misbehavior I dropped my car off at 8 AM for a routine oil change and a headlight replacement. The service representative asked what time I needed my car back and I dropped my car off at 8 AM for a routine oil change and a headlight replacement. The service representative asked what time I needed my car back and I said 3 PM was fine since I wasn’t in a hurry, By 2:45 pm I hadn’t received any updates on the status of my car. After texting the service rep and approving the quote for the headlight she said my vehicle would be ready shortly. I arrived to the dealership about an hour later and my car was ready. When I got into my car I was very disappointed to see that one of the techs had written a lewd message on the glass of my overhead moonroof. I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful. More

They told me that the starter was bad’ what a coincidence!? After i pick my car in a tow truck i fix it in my house’ starting my car i see that is leaking a lot of oil from the oilfilter area! I check and it was loose like the check or did something and didn’t tighten up correctly! Very disappointed.... More
