Routine service visit spoiled by tech misbehavior I dropped my car off at 8 AM for a routine oil change and a headlight replacement. The service representative asked what time I needed my car back and I dropped my car off at 8 AM for a routine oil change and a headlight replacement. The service representative asked what time I needed my car back and I said 3 PM was fine since I wasn’t in a hurry, By 2:45 pm I hadn’t received any updates on the status of my car. After texting the service rep and approving the quote for the headlight she said my vehicle would be ready shortly. I arrived to the dealership about an hour later and my car was ready. When I got into my car I was very disappointed to see that one of the techs had written a lewd message on the glass of my overhead moonroof. I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful. More

They told me that the starter was bad’ what a coincidence!? After i pick my car in a tow truck i fix it in my house’ starting my car i see that is leaking a lot of oil from the oilfilter area! I check and it was loose like the check or did something and didn’t tighten up correctly! Very disappointed.... More

We had both of our cars serviced this week at the dealership. She has a positive attitude and a smiling face that generates positive waves. These are qualities that put Nancy in a league that all service advisors should aim for. From coordinating a service appointment and follow through she is very attentive to the needs of the customer. In addition I would like to give special recognition to all of the employees at the South Orlando location. They have always and continue to be nice and positive. The amenities are five star and they are always willing to put the customer first. A nice smile and good conversation go a long way. The fun thing about Fields Auto Group is that long term relationships are made and I really appreciate that. In closing I will go back to the motto Fields matters because you matter. 🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗 More
Fields BMW has the worst service. Whenever they want you to upgrade your car, or whenever they are selling a car they treat you like ROYALTY. "Free" food, cookies, water, ice cream...etc. If you are looking to buy and ask them for a foot massage they probably would give you ine without hesitation. A few months ago I went for a problem my 2014 3 series was having. It took them 3 days with my car to tell me that the battery was being drained. After paying a $100 fee to have my car checked/ scanned they tell me I need a new battery. After buying the new battery and changing it the problem persisted. It comes to be that the problem was not the battery. So after spending 400 dollars buying, installing and programming the battery they told me that it wasnt the main problem. But electronic parts have no warranty so I wouldn't get my money back Again my car was kept in Service for over a week because they had to wait for the part to get in and program the sensor. Two weeks ago the same message popped up. When I took the car to the dealership they tell me that I had to pay 495 DOLLARS to have my car scanned. I told them that was the same reason I brought the car less than 9 months ago. They said another part can give out the same message which doesn't make sense for a $50k car. I am still waiting for a paper to see what part was changed because ironically they cant tell me which parts were replaced. Luis Rios, the manager had the perfect solution to my car problem. I received my car without a manual & spare tire. And it took them a week to locate a manual, and still no spare tire. Find other dealership other than field's. This comes from someone who has dealt with FIELDS Twice. They leave you with a really bad feeling. More

She was able to have this task completed the same day. I appreciate this attention to detail as my wife commutes to work over 30 miles each way and when the tire warning light came on, Nancy answered and resolved the matter. The BMW tire and wheel warranty is definitely a good investment for run flat tires as no one can predict when a tire can be a victim of some form of road hazard. Nancy is to be commended again for her positive attitude and friendly smile. Once again she exemplifies the Fields Auto Group motto: Fields Matters because you Matter!!!😃😃😃😃😃😃 More
