Shady as they get Took my car here for a recall. I originally wanted to have it done at the north orlando dealership as they have done work on my car before without iss Took my car here for a recall. I originally wanted to have it done at the north orlando dealership as they have done work on my car before without issues. After arriving, they recorded the body of my car before working on it. I was told the airbag recall and blower was all done from the interior. 2 hours later, I was told my car was ready. I walked out to my car and I decided to walk around it to make sure there was no damage. Luckily I did, my tow cover from my front bumper was missing and my front bumper was damaged. I asked the host there if they were going to return my tow cover and also my bumper was damaged. She immediately said they didnt touch my bumper. She walked into their shop and walked out with a broken tow cover, which no longer fit my bumper. She said it was on the garage floor. I asked why was my bumper messed with and she said they didn't touch it. I showed her and the tech who worked on my car the damage and the broken tow cover. They both said my car came in like that. I was furious at this point of the unprofessional staff I was dealing with at a BMW dealership. I was able to review the camera and they saw my car did not come in damaged. The host kept on saying they didnt touch my bumper, she obviously has no clue what goes on in the back. The manager of sales was professional and told me the service manager will contact me. A week goes by and he said they didnt touch my car but I need to bring it back in so they can see if the damage was done by them. Sounds pretty stupid. I thought it over and decided to have actual professionals fix my car instead of having shady techs touch it again. Worse place to have your BMW worked on. More
No more BMWs for everyone I know!! Do not buy BMWs. Many alternatived. With professional and humble customer service. Spoke to Onyx who promised to call me after getting a part. After 10 minutes of hold, was hung up on. Called back. No apologies from the hombre. Instead, said he did not have the time to call all his customers ("Boss") and he was too busy to do it. Said he was a great customer service guy. Supervisor Joe Martinez clearly asleep at the wheel. Wonder if the real BMW in Germany knows they have people like this working for them. Was going to buy my wife on for 20th anniversary. But with nasty and arrogant ustomer service I will never buy another BMW. Next car...Mercedes or Lexus! Stay away from BMW!! More

The technicians who worked on my husband’s 750 had their challenges because the car was not serviced properly by another independent shop but they figured everything out and it is better than it has been in years. Field’s BMW of Orlando is a wonderful place to go to get your car serviced for whatever job it is large or small.
