Since they are the only BMW dealership in town they treat you that way. They have that take it or leave it attitude and I barely completed my purchase. I’ve never in my life tolerated being treated like mike you that way. They have that take it or leave it attitude and I barely completed my purchase. I’ve never in my life tolerated being treated like mike and jay treated me. I recommend dealing with anyone but them if you really want a BMW. More

Unacceptable level of service. Brought my X6 in for service. A trim piece below front passenger seat keeps falling off, constant door ajar message, an audio problem and a couple of others they “couldn’t” confirm. The vehicle was there for 3 days. On the 3rd day I received a call that the vehicle would be ready for pickup at the end of the day that the part for the door had arrived. I would receive a phone call when it was ready. I planned to pick up the vehicle at around 6 in the evening. At 530 no phone call so I called. Oh, the part didn’t come in I must have mistaken you for someone else’s work order sorry, your part didn’t come in.Then I get a text the next day the vehicle is ready?? The radio was replaced which is good because there was an intermittent issue. Problem is not only did I have to reset everything I had to reactivate the satellite radio and best yet they never entered the navigation code so no gps. Very poor service, communication and a complete lack of consideration. Nissan treats me better. There is absolutely a wind noise issue at highway speeds, there tech probably never went higher than 50so he can’t hear it.I will be bringing the car to another shop in the future. More
