Mr. Romero and Mr. santos are both great person and the main goal for them is to make sure you get what you are looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer. I had outstanding care during my purchase of the vehicle. I went online to look at the cars and sent an email. I was contacted by Pablo via email. I told him I would be near this dealership and to call me back at 1200. 1201 I received the call and he said he would have someone call me to introduce themselves and they would be waiting for me to arrive. I was not in the door when I was greeted by Mr. Rodriguez. He showed my what was available, we took the car for a drive and when we returned we sat down to talk. It was not a high sales push, I told him I wanted the bottom line and I would need time to make a decision. This was on Friday at 2:00 pm. I went home to think about what I was doing and on Saturday I received a text message from Santos asking if I had thought about it and if I needed anything, I told him I was still trying to decide but I had a question about the transmission. He immediately emailed me information and continued throughout the weekend to answer question and again without pushing a sale. I did see another dealership that was near my home and I must say they could learn a lot from BMW South Orlando. I made my decision on Tuesday and faxed the paperwork to Santos. It was seamless. I picked up the car and was out on the road within 45 minutes. It was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I work both in Orlando and Brevard but live in Brevard. Santos recognized my time constraints and did an outstanding job of making the process easy. I think what I loved the best was the no pressure sales. It allows the buyer to think, ask questions, and make the decision. It is a win, win. When you take this approach in sales it will work. The customer is more comfortable with their decision and has no regrets. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone one. I would also refer them to Mr. Rodriguez.
