Very bad experience!!! first i was pushed in to vehicle that i was not interested (demo) supposedly because it was the only one i could get financed, second after refusing to that the salesman (Hector Rosa that i was not interested (demo) supposedly because it was the only one i could get financed, second after refusing to that the salesman (Hector Rosario) started playing around with numbers to get me into the car i wanted and the car he was selling me was way overpriced, after looking at some numbers he took me out on the lot to see cars i told him 100 times that i only wanted LOW milage he tried showing me a car with 47K miles afted i had told him i would never take those miles, on top of that i got yelled at by him for being picky and not letting him work (i am buying a bmw of course i need to be picky) oh and lets not forget, according to him my trade was not worth anything because it was a 2009 Hyundai....very disrespectful, what a shame to the bmw brand, first time i was ever gonna get a bmw and it starts like this i think i am going to avoid bmw or at least this dealership in my future..consider yourself warned, very overpriced cars and bad treatment More
I came in after visiting Lexus of Orlando and after working with Dan, I realized that I was probably going to end up with a BMW. I left with a great deal on a used 5 series. Dan truly understands the importance of customer service. Not once did I feel pushed or pulled in any direction by Dan. He was very personable and friendly, making the purchasing experience very pleasant and from my past experiences with car sales, this isn't always the case. He was able to answer every question that I asked and not only that but, made sure he addressed every concern that I had. My overall experience is honestly the best that I've had with purchasing a vehicle and I've owned Hondas, Lexus', Toyotas and Mercedes-Benz, I am satisfied about the purchase and honestly don't know why I did not choose to purchase a BMW sooner!! More

My wife, Gladys, and I stopped in to the Dealership to brouse the BMW vehicles on the lot and on the showroom floor. Mikhail Bouzko walked over to us on the lot, introduced himself, and told us that he w brouse the BMW vehicles on the lot and on the showroom floor. Mikhail Bouzko walked over to us on the lot, introduced himself, and told us that he was there to help us pick out the car that we wanted. We talked about the X3 3/OSI. Mikhail took us on a test drive around the area. He had me drive the vehicle, and I was sold. He checked the books to find us a great car with a decent price. Mikhail was very respectful to us, answered our questions, and was very professional in what he does. Never once did he attempt to push us into something that we could not afford or did not want. He got the car, the X3, that we wanted. He was very thorough in his explanation to us of the details of the car. We were hooked not only for the car but also from what we heard and saw concerning the Dealership. Next he introduced us to Cathy. Again we received a detailed explanation from Cathy concerning the financing of the car, the optionals such as XZILON, and tire protection. Ms Courtney, as Mr. Bouzko, was very respectful, and professional in what they do. My wife and I were very pleased with the personnel that we met, the free car washes, the Customer waiting room, etc. To make a long story short, this was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had, and I did buy a few cars in my lifetime.
