My wife, Gladys, and I stopped in to the Dealership to brouse the BMW vehicles on the lot and on the showroom floor. Mikhail Bouzko walked over to us on the lot, introduced himself, and told us that he w brouse the BMW vehicles on the lot and on the showroom floor. Mikhail Bouzko walked over to us on the lot, introduced himself, and told us that he was there to help us pick out the car that we wanted. We talked about the X3 3/OSI. Mikhail took us on a test drive around the area. He had me drive the vehicle, and I was sold. He checked the books to find us a great car with a decent price. Mikhail was very respectful to us, answered our questions, and was very professional in what he does. Never once did he attempt to push us into something that we could not afford or did not want. He got the car, the X3, that we wanted. He was very thorough in his explanation to us of the details of the car. We were hooked not only for the car but also from what we heard and saw concerning the Dealership. Next he introduced us to Cathy. Again we received a detailed explanation from Cathy concerning the financing of the car, the optionals such as XZILON, and tire protection. Ms Courtney, as Mr. Bouzko, was very respectful, and professional in what they do. My wife and I were very pleased with the personnel that we met, the free car washes, the Customer waiting room, etc. To make a long story short, this was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had, and I did buy a few cars in my lifetime. I have purchased many BMW's from Mic Romero when he was a sales representative at the Winter Park location. He has since been promoted and manages the sales team at the South Orlando location. I would high recommend Mic Romero and this dealership given their attention to every detail, follow-up and follow-through. They seek to understand the customers needs to the n'th degree and then go to work finding the perfect vehicle. Once the perfect vehicle is found they then go above and beyond making sure that it is detailed and serviced to the highest of expectations. I won't purchase a BMW from anyone else. More
We are not new to BMW, we have owned ten BMWs in th last twenty years. The majority of our other BMWs were bought from the BMW dealership near our home(within five miles). Despite buying so many cars, we were somehow "forgotten" by our salesman who not only failed to recognize us when we walked on the sales floor, but when we had prospective buyers call him, he did not return their calls. When a recent ad ran in the Orlando Sentinel advertising a lease promotion on a 2009 BMW 528i, I once again tried my local BMW dealership-this time with a different salesman. We were interested in leasing two cars at the price advertised in the paper. Not only was the salesman not aware of the ad, he tried to up-sell us to a more expensive car and told us there was not a car available at the ad price in the "entire system". We left to think about the new price. Over lunch(30 minutes after we left the dealership), we realized the car he had tried to sell us had a manual transmission (it was not on the lot, we were looking at a paper about the car). My husband called the salesman to tell him we did not want a car with a manual transmission. When my husband identified himself to the salesman, the salesman did not remember who we were-30 minutes later! The salesman said the car did not have a manual transmission. My husband questioned him again and was given a condescending "you don't know what you are talking about" answer. To make a long story shorter, the salesman who claimed he had been at the dealership for ten years called us a couple of hours later and said the car WAS manual, but he had "found" us another car- still not at the advertised price. Frustrated, we decided to try another salesman at another dealership. Based on the above review by emmaplum I called Fields BMW South Orlando and asked to speak with Santos Rodriguez. I told what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. I also told him that we were loyal BMW owners. Santos took my information and told me he would do a little research and call me back within the hour. Thirty minutes later he called back and said he had located two cars which met my criteria-for the advertised price. Yahoo! In her review, emmaplum said her car purchase with Santos was "seamless". That is a perfect word to describe OUR whole experience. Santo was in constant communication with us, arranged the paperwork so we would not spend a long time picking up the car and answered our questions in a professional manner. Most of our car acquisition was handled over the phone or via fax- which was our preferred method. However, once we met Mr. Rodriguez he was, as he had been on the phone, very accommodating and caring. Mr. Rodriguez is new to Fields BMW. He does not exhibit the snobby attitude we have encountered with salesmen at other Fields Dealerships. He calls us every couple of weeks to make sure all is well with the new car. He is truly a great guy! If you are in the market for a new or used car, I HIGHLY recommend you seek the expertise of MR. SANTOS RODRIGUEZ. When you see him, tell him the lady with the salt and pepper BMWs sent you! More
