could not get anything in writing from service dept. service dept. adviser was not clear on type of tire i was getting and they would have to order them and it would take day or longer to get them MFG. m service dept. adviser was not clear on type of tire i was getting and they would have to order them and it would take day or longer to get them MFG. makes a lot of different styles of tire i just wanted to know what i was buying and a total cost. never got what i was asking for just a take it or leave it guess on total cost. i left it. i dont do business with a company that doesnt answer my question and my demands.. it is my money they are spending. never got a brake down on what they repaired and corrected to put it on the lot. they could have mailed it to me if it was against company policy to e-mail information about service preformed on the car. i did buy the car.
