Great experience! Sara Griffith exceeded my expectation of a car salesperson. She stayed within the budget I gave her, she showed me options, she made me feel part of t Sara Griffith exceeded my expectation of a car salesperson. She stayed within the budget I gave her, she showed me options, she made me feel part of the Mini family and she taught me everything about the car I drove off the lot because she is a Mini owner herself 4 times over! She felt like a friend. She was not pushy and I have never had such a great test drive. First she showed me the things the car could do and then she handed the wheel over to me. Her manager, Michael Stanton was lovely to talk to as well. The financial manager, Ron Whiting was excellent too. It felt like I was buying a car from friends. I live over an hour away from this dealer but I will drive that hour and more to visit them again for service or for another Mini in the future. Thank you Sara and company for such a great experience! More

I love my JCW I looked on line for the exact color and car I wanted to purchase after 14 years of driving my 2006 Mustang. Matt Crespo was extremely professional an I looked on line for the exact color and car I wanted to purchase after 14 years of driving my 2006 Mustang. Matt Crespo was extremely professional and I liked his quote. " The only pressure is what is in the tires." And that was the absolute truth. Also Ronald Whiting gave me a better finance rate than my own financial institute. Thus far I am very pleased with her and still learning all the fancy new bells and whistles. :-) More
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I have been a loyal and satisfied customer at Ferman Mini since I purchased my beloved Mini Maggie in 2013. I am about to go on a long road trip, so I I have been a loyal and satisfied customer at Ferman Mini since I purchased my beloved Mini Maggie in 2013. I am about to go on a long road trip, so I scheduled my regular maintenance online and when I was on the way, I got a call from (Brian?Courtney would know who he was) who knew I was on the way and asked if I was interested in trading up. I told him not really but I would think about it. I checked in with Courtney, who was very helpful and then was greeted by Brian who implied that hanging on to an old car was “not the American way.” He said he would go look at my car and handed me over to Chellcey, a sales person, who was very nice and showed me around. An hour or so later, I was presented with a $6877.21 estimate for repairs and was told that I should just trade her in because she was just too bad to drive. At that point I felt like I was being scammed, like the stereotypical old lady being taken by a car salesman. I found it ironic that my estimate was so ridiculous right after, Brian or whatever his name was, told me I needed to buy a new or used car. As much faith as I have had in Maggie, who has never let me down on the road, all that was thrown out the window. I told Courtney to just do the oil change and I left. By the way, I never saw Brian again. I am reminded of the old adage, “A satisfied customer will tell three people and a dissatisfied customer will tell millions!” I am disappointed and hurt and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Found lots of new things after I left Could not access my maintenance/warranty information. 5 days later they say I need $2000+ in repairs on a 2015 Mini with 40,000 miles. When I was there they mentioned one, $500 repair that was affecting the rear lights. I am at a loss! More
