But in Texas, they're an order unit. When one of his customers canceled their order weeks before it's arrival, he called me first. This car would have sold no matter what, but Danny reached out to me and I got the Prime I wanted. That is the kind of service you will get at Family Toyota. More

Fast and Friendly Chase was my Service Adviser. I took the car in for a 80K checkup and oil change. A recall was done as well. The shuttle service was prompt to take Chase was my Service Adviser. Chase called and advised that the checkup had not shown any issues that would create additional services. I have NEVER had that happen before. More

Not honoring the warranty to fix the vehicle I bought a 2012 Dodge Journey from them. Took it home Friday and it stayed parked all weekend until Sunday. I started it up and noticed a slight knock I bought a 2012 Dodge Journey from them. Took it home Friday and it stayed parked all weekend until Sunday. I started it up and noticed a slight knock in the engine. I had only driven it about 30 miles since purchased. They took it in the shop and sent out the local Dodge Dealership only to find out the engine is bad. So instead of fixing the vehicle I purchased they forced a buy back by keeping me waiting in the wind. No one called me in a week’s time. I had to call them several times before finding out they cancelled the deal but was holding on to my down payment, which they said they are going to cut me a check for but only after I inquired about it. They should have honored the warranty they provided and fixed my vehicle! I will never go there again and suggest you be ware when purchasing a used vehicle from them. The 60 day 2,000 mile warranty is fraud. They never expect you to be able to use it and if there is a problem they are going to take your vehicle from you without your permission. More
