Happy with our new Prius My husband and I had leased a 2013 Prius from AutoNation before it was purchased by Family Toyota, and we returned to the dealership to return the lea My husband and I had leased a 2013 Prius from AutoNation before it was purchased by Family Toyota, and we returned to the dealership to return the leased vehicle and see what our options were. Everyone we interacted with at Family Toyota was incredibly friendly and Sergio in sales was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had for him in detail. He helped us determine if it was going to be a better return on investment to purchase our 2013 leased Prius or to buy a new one, and he also helped us do a price comparison on the Prius and the RAV4 when we weren't sure what we wanted. He spent several hours with us to make sure we were happy with our choice. After making our choice, we worked with Justin in Finance who helped us get a better interest rate and a monthly payment that we could live with. He walked us through the options and the impact each would have on our monthly payment. We did have to drive to the Burleson store to get the color that we wanted, but Sergio waited with us until the car was ready. The only issue we ever encountered is that when it arrived, it did have a scratch down the side, but Sergio reported this to the Service team for us who will buff it out free of charge later. This is the only reason that my review is a 4-star instead of 5. Overall we were very pleased with the customer service we received and would recommend Family Toyota to anyone in Arlington looking to purchase or lease a new car. More
