Crap service Paid to have nitrogen put in all 4 tires. Very next day had a tire repaired at a independent shop, went back to Family to have the nitrogen replaced i Paid to have nitrogen put in all 4 tires. Very next day had a tire repaired at a independent shop, went back to Family to have the nitrogen replaced in the 1 tire. They acted like I was bothering them from the start. Service advisor said they would have to charge $12 per tire if I wanted nitrogen.. Really? After I just paid a hefty amount to have it installed in all 4?? Autonation Dealers never tried that b.s. Once you paid for Nitrogen, that car with said tires had it for life. They wound up replacing the nitrogen in the one tire just to" Hurry up and get me outta here". A direct quote from one service advisor. Then when I returned home all the caps on the valve stems were missing. So they just didn't give a crap or were in such a hurry, the young kid who did it didn't notice he forgot the damn caps... Thought I'd try this place. Heard good things about the Burleson location. Not all it's cracked up to be in Arlington. Guess I should stick with the place I've been visiting or mabye try Freeman Toyota More
