Everyone is very helpful and polite We were looking to buy a RAV 4 and it was a complete nightmare getting pricing with all the dealerships. Then we came upon Family Toyota. Darrell was our salesman and we dealt mainly with him over email and negotiated a price. We came in to see him and he patiently answered all our questions. We ended up ordering the car we wanted and he had anticipated the car was going to come on a certain day. The car ended up being delayed and he was able to get us a rental car until the car came in. The purchase of the car was almost seamless. A few months later I was having trouble connecting my new phone with the car so I came to the dealership and met Larry Leonard. I explained that i needed help connecting my phone and he came into the car and helped me figure it out. When he wasn't able to figure it out he took me to service and introduced me to Danny Tran. He helped me connect my phone and showed me some cool features that i didn't know I had. I spoke with Terry to reschedule my first maintenance and she was so nice and accommodated my schedule. I definitely would recommend them to everyone! More

Smooth transaction Pre-negotiated OTD sales price with Nick Chargualaf via email. Went in for a test drive, but wasn't 100% sure and explained that I also needed to test Pre-negotiated OTD sales price with Nick Chargualaf via email. Went in for a test drive, but wasn't 100% sure and explained that I also needed to test drive a CX-5 to make the decision. No problem, Nick says. No pressure and no typical aggressiveness that you usually have to deal with at car dealerships. Went to test drive a CX-5 - great car with many features, just didn't like the ride (too bumpy) and how the tranny shifted, RAV4 is much smoother. Came back and finalized the transaction with Nick. Decided to go with a different exterior/interior color combination and again Nick delivered, for the same OTD price. Great overall experience. More

I was able to speak to a salesman (Josh Tackett) over the phone and then make an appointment to come in to look at vehicles. I got a reminder call from a manager prior to the appointment. Josh patiently walked me through all the options and got me a good deal on my trade-in. He was available via cell phone when I had follow-up questions. The financial process was very easy and Daniel Youssefzadeh was extremely helpful. He even sent a porter to my house with paperwork for me to sign after I changed my mind on the type of warranty I wanted to purchase. Very positive experience! More
