Refinancing My mom and I came in about 2 weeks ago to ask for more information about refinancing or trade-in for my 2015 RAV4. Andrei Mihailescu began helping us My mom and I came in about 2 weeks ago to ask for more information about refinancing or trade-in for my 2015 RAV4. Andrei Mihailescu began helping us from day one. He sat down with us, gave us 3 different options, walked us through pros and cons of each, test drove a car, broke down different prices and explain each. We decided to think about it thus didn't make a deal that same day. He kept in touch and reached out to us about 2 weeks later to see if we had made a decision. We returned to Family Toyota of Arlington to finalize the refinancing process with Andrei. He was very calm, respectful, understanding, much patience with us, and very helpful throughout the whole process, as refinancing took a long process and seemed very complicated. Got an unbeatable deal on a new RAV4 and a Yaris iA, and it was an incredibly easy and pleasant experience. The Family Toyota dealerships post all inventory online, so we could pinpoint what we wanted to see and speed up the process a bit. Best car buying experience I've had so far I saw a challenger online that I liked and was able to set up a test drive by texting someone. I showed up the next day to a nice facility with the car pulled up and ready to go. I showed up a bit late and the person I was supposed to meet with was had to go to a meeting, but he introduced me to Nick who was able to help me out right away. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and even tried to teach me how to drive a manual transmission challenger when I asked about it. I checked out 3 challengers and decided to get one a few days later. The car buying process was pretty straightforward and easy. I was able to get my interest rate lower than expected. Went in with a pre-approved rate from a bank and they easily beat the rate when I financed through them. They made sure I knew how to use the features in the car and while I filled out paperwork they got it cleaned and detailed. It's been a pleasure to drive ever since. More
