Took extra time to answer all questions, I never felt pressured, and I felt like our discussions were meant to help me rather than persuade me to buy their car . . . which I did, because it was an excellent Highlander at an excellent price. Would happily return. Oh, and finance department saving me .25% below what my pre-approved FCU could get me. Very pleased More

Andrew did an incredible job of showing us exactly the cars we wanted and explaining all the features of each as well as making sure we were able to see, drive and discuss all of them. Nick was so helpful in finance with the final purchasing process. The dealership was great - from pricing to meeting service department to signing the paperwork. Andrei Mihailescu made our car buying experience great. He asked the right questions, didn't pressure us, made sure we understood everything, got us a really good price. and went beyond the norm in every area. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Terri in Service and Nick in Finance were great too. Amazingly it didn't take a long time to get the whole process done either. I'll definitely tell anyone I know who's looking to buy a vehicle to go there first. More
